These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of supphoria.com (the "Site") and all purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm and ship your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill.

Important Disclaimer

All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information.

Sales tax is applied where required by applicable law. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ArchRx ships all orders directly from our manufacturing facility — no middlemen, no retail chain. We offer free economy shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days (96% of orders process within 1 business day). Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from ship date, for a total estimated arrival of 9–15 business days from order placement. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We back every ArchRx order with a 60-Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, email us at contact@supphoria.com with your order number and we'll handle it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your choice.

Personal, non-commercial use such as sharing a product link is permitted. Any feedback or reviews you submit may be used by Supphoria Brands LLC without restriction or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supphoria Brands LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or your reliance on any information provided on the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting us directly at contact@supphoria.com to seek informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing us with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." All proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis — not as a class action.
