Material defects covered for a full year from purchase. If the shielding fails the 5-Second Test under normal use within the warranty period, we replace it.

Not Eligible
- ✕Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery
- ✕Damage caused by misuse, cuts, or improper storage
- ✕Warranty claims after 1 year from purchase
- ✕Second refund request on the same order
